Tenders is a searchable database of UK & European tenders,contract award notices and other documents published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU - formerly known as OJEC).

Unlike some other databases that publish only a subsection of EU data, Tenders is licesnsed from Official Publications of the European Communities and contains every public contract whose value equals or exceeds specific thresholds, so you are guaranteed never to miss a business opportunity.

Tenders is updated Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays in Luxembourg and the UK) and contains not only invitations to tender, but many different sorts of document, such as contract award notices and pre-qualification questionnaires. It includes:

  • Public contracts for works, supplies and services from all EU Member States
  • Utilities contracts (water, energy, transport and telecommunication sectors)
  • Public contracts from EU institutions
  • European Development Fund contracts (Africa, Caribbean and Pacific countries)
  • PHARE, TACIS and other contracts from central and eastern Europe
  • European Investment Bank (EIB) and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) financed products
  • European Economic Area contracts (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein)
  • Contracts pursuant to the agreement on Government Procurement (GPA)
  • Contracts within the framework of GATT/World Trade Organisation (WTO)
  • Notices concerning European Economic Interest Groups (EEIG)

Tenders is a subscription service. It costs £650 (excluding VAT) for an annual single concurrent licence.

With a single licence, more than one person at your organisation can use Tenders, but not at the same time. Also, you can set up email alerts for anyone with no restriction.
